My career has been a continuous exploration of language in all its forms — across cultures, disciplines, and technologies. I learned English and Arabic in the 1990s to bridge worlds, spent the 2000s building brands at Ogilvy China, earned an MS in Communication at NC State, and in the 2020s transitioned into code and AI — building web apps and training language models for OpenAI and Google Gemini.
Along the way: co-produced a documentary with an Oscar-winning director in Tibet; led a K-Pop mobile game campaign with 1.5B social impressions; drove 300+ Chinese-speaking Montrealers into a French language program; initiated a diplomatic meeting with the Vietnamese Ambassador to Canada.
